Returns
Due to the nature of our herbal and consumable products, returns are limited to specific cases:
- Products that arrive damaged, expired, or incorrect.
Return requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement as preferred.
